We have also put together a Guide for Motorists appearing in the Magistrates Court. It is very expensive employing a solicitor to represent you, and in the majority of cases they are unlikely to affect the final outcome. It is a scary experience to appear before the Magistrates on your own, but at least if you have read our Guide you will know what to expect, how to behave and how to get the best possible result.
